1) When will my order ship? 

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday before 2 pm (PST) will ship within 2 business days. 

 2) Will I get a tracking number? 

Yes. You will receive a USPS tracking number within 3-4 business days of when you placed your order. 

3) What kind of jewelry do you sell?  

We are currently selling 14k Solid Gold, 18k Gold filled and some Sterling Silver pieces. Please read jewelry descriptions thoroughly before completing your orders. 

4) Where is my order shipping from? International FAQ

As of 2025, all orders are being shipped from Henderson, NV. Due to high shipping costs, customs requirements, extended delivery times and limited control over international deliveries, we are currently unable to offer overseas shipping. 

Please be patient with processing and shipping times. We are still very much a tiny small business. :)
